소개
The Sky Bringup, LLC(이하 「회사」)는 HeadshotPro 모바일 애플리케이션(이하 「앱」)을 운영합니다. 본 개인정보 처리방침은 귀하가 AI 기반 이미지 결과를 생성하기 위해 앱을 사용할 때 회사가 정보를 어떻게 수집, 이용 및 보호하는지 설명합니다.
수집하는 정보
회사는 이미지 생성 제공, 사용량 관리 및 구매 지원에 필요한 정보만 수집합니다.
- 업로드된 사진 및 프롬프트: 귀하가 제출하기로 선택한 사진, 이미지 및 관련 지시는 요청하신 결과를 생성하거나 편집하는 데 사용됩니다.
- 생성된 결과: 출력 이미지 및 관련 메타데이터는 앱이 요청하신 결과를 전달, 표시 또는 복원할 수 있도록 처리될 수 있습니다.
- Device and Account Identifiers: A randomly generated device identifier is used for usage limits, credits, security, and abuse prevention. If you optionally link Apple or Google sign-in, we also process the provider account identifier and available profile details needed to maintain that account link.
- App Events and Diagnostics: Our Gateway receives app interaction events that can include screen or event names, a pseudonymous device identifier, account and session identifiers when available, App site, platform, version and build, IP address, user agent, and limited event properties. It forwards event and screen data, selected technical properties, account or session identifiers when present, IP address, and user agent to our self-hosted Plausible Analytics. We use these records to understand reliability and product usage, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems.
- Subscription and Credit Purchase Information: Apple or Google provides purchase status, product identifiers, transaction identifiers or purchase tokens, and entitlement information so our service can verify subscriptions and consumable credit packs. We do not receive your full payment card details.

- To analyze app interaction and technical patterns, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and improve the App
AI 처리 및 모델 학습
Uploaded photos and prompts are sent to AI image generation or editing providers to create the result you requested. We do not use your uploaded photos, prompts, or generated results to train models ourselves. AI providers process submitted content under their applicable service terms and operational retention practices.
얼굴 데이터
귀하가 제출하기로 선택한 일부 사진에는 귀하의 얼굴이 포함될 수 있습니다. 회사는 해당 사진의 모든 얼굴 이미지를 민감한 정보로 취급하며 다음과 같이 처리합니다:

- How it is used: Facial imagery in a submitted photo is used to generate, deliver, display, or recover the AI image result you requested. It may also be processed where reasonably needed for service reliability, abuse prevention, or support. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or identification.
- 공유: 제출된 사진은 귀하가 요청한 결과를 만들기 위해 회사의 AI 이미지 생성 제공업체에만 전송됩니다. 회사는 얼굴 데이터를 판매하지 않으며 다른 어떤 제3자와도 공유하지 않습니다.
- Retention: Submitted photos and facial imagery follow the retention purposes described below and are not retained by us for model training or identity matching. Generated results may be stored to deliver, display, or recover them, and you can delete locally saved results in the App.
제3자 서비스
회사는 다음과 같은 제3자 서비스를 이용합니다:

- Self-hosted Plausible Analytics: Receives the App events and technical context described above for product analytics, reliability, security, and troubleshooting.
- Apple App Store and Google Play: The applicable store handles subscriptions, consumable credit pack purchases, payment processing, refunds, and subscription management.
데이터 보관 및 삭제
Uploaded photos, prompts, and generated results may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to deliver, display, or recover the requested result, maintain service reliability, prevent abuse, or resolve support issues. App events, device or account records, purchase-verification records, and support messages may be retained as needed for those operational purposes and for legal obligations. You may contact us to request deletion of data associated with your App usage where we can reasonably locate it; some transaction, security, fraud-prevention, or legal records may still need to be retained.
데이터 보안
앱과 회사 서버 간에 전송되는 모든 데이터는 TLS(HTTPS)를 사용하여 암호화됩니다. 회사는 처리하는 제한된 데이터를 보호하기 위해 합리적인 보안 조치를 사용하지만, 어떤 인터넷 서비스도 절대적인 보안을 보장할 수 없습니다.
아동의 개인정보 보호
앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 회사는 만 13세 미만 아동의 개인 정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 아동이 회사에 개인 정보를 제공했다고 생각하시면 회사가 적절한 조치를 취할 수 있도록 연락해 주세요.
귀하의 권리
거주 지역에 따라 귀하는 앱 사용과 관련된 개인 정보에 대한 열람, 정정 또는 삭제 권리를 가질 수 있습니다. 귀하는 개인정보 관련 요청을 회사에 보낼 수 있으며, 회사는 관련 법률에서 요구하는 바에 따라 답변합니다.
본 개인정보 처리방침의 변경
회사는 본 개인정보 처리방침을 수시로 업데이트할 수 있으며, 변경 사항이 있으면 이 페이지에 새로운 개인정보 처리방침을 게시하고 「최종 업데이트」 날짜를 갱신하여 알려 드립니다.
