Panimula

Ang The Sky Bringup, LLC ("kami") ang nagpapatakbo ng mobile application na HeadshotPro (ang "App"). Ipinaliliwanag ng Patakaran sa Privacy na ito kung paano namin kinokolekta, ginagamit, at pinoprotektahan ang impormasyon kapag ginagamit mo ang App para gumawa ng mga resultang image na pinapagana ng AI.

Impormasyong kinokolekta namin

Kinokolekta lang namin ang impormasyong kailangan para magbigay ng image generation, pamahalaan ang paggamit, at suportahan ang mga pagbili.

  • Mga na-upload na litrato at prompt: Ang mga litrato, image, at kaugnay na instruksiyon na pinili mong isumite ay ginagamit para gawin o i-edit ang hiniling mong resulta.
  • Mga generated result: Ang mga output image at kaugnay na metadata ay maaaring i-process para maihatid, maipakita, o ma-restore ng App ang hiniling mong resulta.
  • Device and Account Identifiers: A randomly generated device identifier is used for usage limits, credits, security, and abuse prevention. If you optionally link Apple or Google sign-in, we also process the provider account identifier and available profile details needed to maintain that account link.
  • App Events and Diagnostics: Our Gateway receives app interaction events that can include screen or event names, a pseudonymous device identifier, account and session identifiers when available, App site, platform, version and build, IP address, user agent, and limited event properties. It forwards event and screen data, selected technical properties, account or session identifiers when present, IP address, and user agent to our self-hosted Plausible Analytics. We use these records to understand reliability and product usage, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems.
  • Subscription and Credit Purchase Information: Apple or Google provides purchase status, product identifiers, transaction identifiers or purchase tokens, and entitlement information so our service can verify subscriptions and consumable credit packs. We do not receive your full payment card details.

Mga permission ng device

  • To analyze app interaction and technical patterns, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and improve the App

AI processing at model training

Uploaded photos and prompts are sent to AI image generation or editing providers to create the result you requested. We do not use your uploaded photos, prompts, or generated results to train models ourselves. AI providers process submitted content under their applicable service terms and operational retention practices.

Face data

Ang ilang litratong pinili mong isumite ay maaaring naglalaman ng mukha mo. Itinuturing namin ang anumang facial imagery sa mga litratong iyon bilang sensitibo at hinahandle ito ng ganito:

  • How it is used: Facial imagery in a submitted photo is used to generate, deliver, display, or recover the AI image result you requested. It may also be processed where reasonably needed for service reliability, abuse prevention, or support. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or identification.
  • Pagbabahagi: Ang mga isinumiteng litrato ay ipinapadala lang sa aming mga AI image generation provider para makagawa ng hiniling mong resulta. Hindi namin ibinebenta ang face data at hindi ito ibinabahagi sa anumang iba pang third party.
  • Retention: Submitted photos and facial imagery follow the retention purposes described below and are not retained by us for model training or identity matching. Generated results may be stored to deliver, display, or recover them, and you can delete locally saved results in the App.

Mga third-party na serbisyo

Ginagamit namin ang mga sumusunod na third-party na serbisyo:

  • Mga AI image provider: Nagpoproseso ng mga na-upload na litrato, prompt, at generated image data para ibigay ang hinihiling na image generation o editing feature.
  • Self-hosted Plausible Analytics: Receives the App events and technical context described above for product analytics, reliability, security, and troubleshooting.
  • Apple App Store and Google Play: The applicable store handles subscriptions, consumable credit pack purchases, payment processing, refunds, and subscription management.

Data retention at pag-delete

Uploaded photos, prompts, and generated results may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to deliver, display, or recover the requested result, maintain service reliability, prevent abuse, or resolve support issues. App events, device or account records, purchase-verification records, and support messages may be retained as needed for those operational purposes and for legal obligations. You may contact us to request deletion of data associated with your App usage where we can reasonably locate it; some transaction, security, fraud-prevention, or legal records may still need to be retained.

Seguridad ng data
